David Cano — Co-Founder & Academy Director
David brings a hands-on, structured approach to everything he does in padel. Based in Marbella, he leads the day-to-day direction of Beyond Padel Academy while working closely with clubs and organisations looking to build or improve their coaching programmes. His work spans academy development, coach education, and team building — always with a focus on creating systems that are practical, sustainable, and built around people. If a club needs clarity and direction, David is the person in the room.
Guillermo Vizcay — Co-Founder & High Performance Coach
Guille has spent his career at the sharp end of competitive padel. Currently Head Coach at Ocean Padel in Kuwait and National Team Selector for the Kuwait Padel Federation, he combines elite technical knowledge with real international experience. As co-founder of Beyond Padel Academy, he brings that high-performance mindset into everything the academy delivers — from player development pathways to coach training standards. He knows what good looks like, at every level.
